Weathered K-render was restored to its original finish with professional K-render cleaner and a commercial jet wash. We also upgraded the property’s rainwater management with sleek aluminium grey guttering and downpipes for lasting protection.

Re Tank Water Feature: Remedial tanking carried out following failure of the existing system, which had caused damp penetration to the external retaining wall.

EPDM Roof Repair – Town Block: Failure of the existing EPDM roof had caused water ingress to the apartments below. The roof was stripped back, cleaned, re-tanked, and the EPDM membrane reinstated to prevent further ingress.

Drain down and repair district heating due to corrosion on the low carbon pipework.

Lift Floor Re-Tiling: Existing cracked tiles posed a safety risk to residents. Floor tiles were removed and replaced to restore a safe, durable finish.

New external aluminium door installed with magnetic locks for enhanced safety. Following installation, privacy film tint was applied to prevent visibility into the apartment lobby from the street.
